Who can register as a Voting Member of Assembly?

  1. Delegates appointed by an affiliated church
    A church is entitled to appoint 2 delegates for the first 50 of its church members, and an additional delegate for each 50 members (or portion thereof) after the first 50.

  2. Alternate delegates appointed by an affiliated church as per section 8.3(b) of the Association Constitution.

  3. The Princiapl/Lead minister of each affiliated church

  4. Accredited ministers of the Association

  5. Cross-cultural ministry workers attached to Baptist Mission Australia.

  6. Persons eligible to be members of Assembly by virtue of their position, as per section 8.2(c) of the Association Constitution

Who else can attend Assembly?

All other members and attendees of churches and church plants connected with the Association are welcome to be part of Assembly as non-voting attendees.
